The Barn at Brophy Creek is a perfect spot to host your wedding or next gathering. Located just 30 minutes outside of the Quad Cities, The Barn is tucked away on a 12 acres, offering a peaceful ambiance and magical sunsets. This fourth generation farm has been meticulously reinvented to create a stunning outdoor venue.

PRICING

Saturday ~ $7000 ~ 9am - 12am (includes 1 hour M-W for rehearsal & Sunday 9am-11am to pick up decor)

Friday ~ $6000 ~ 9am - 12am (includes Thursday 12p-6p (decorate & rehearsal)

Weekend Package ~ Friday 12p-6p, Saturday 9a-12a, Sunday 9a-11a

July & August ~ $9000 

May, June, September & October ~ $10,500

Sun - Thur ~  $300/hr (minimum 4 hours)

 

 

 

The Barn

This uniquely reimagined 5000 sq ft barn is wrapped in wood with an old oak floor to match. A brick patio runs along the South and West side of the barn so that you may sit outside and listen to the waterfall or watch the amazing Iowa sunsets. The Barn sits among an open pasture and beautiful perennial gardens with views of wide open fields, the windmill and pond. This setting will assure a memorable and beautiful day.

The Greenhouse

On a cool Spring day or when Fall is in the air, our reinvented greenhouse becomes the perfect spot to say "I Do".

The Lodge

This quaint brick building has been transformed into separate rooms to get ready in. A quiet space for you to prepare for your special day.
